- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic implications
- Mentor teams in adaptive innovation methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight for Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Experience leading cross-organizational innovation initiatives to commercialization
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
