Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Lead innovation labs prototyping next-gen products/services for 2026 launch
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present trend-driven insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation task force
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
