Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with company vision
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and disruptive forces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and sustainable growth methodologies
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing technologies and business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
