As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external partners to develop actionable frameworks that align with our 10-year vision. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, synthesizes complex data into compelling narratives, and excels at influencing stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and social trends impacting industries through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation cultures and identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, market analyses, and executive briefings
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and market positioning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy influencers
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
