As a key architect of our foresight division, you'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend synthesis to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainability. This role demands equal parts analytical rigor and creative vision to translate complex futures into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ technology and societal trends
- Create executive-ready scenario plans and strategic roadmaps for future-proofing business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Author thought leadership content and predictive briefings for C-suite and board audiences
- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping and market testing
- Establish global networks with futurist communities, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Quantify future market potential through econometric modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
