- Conduct scenario planning for global market transformations and regulatory changes
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities with data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
