Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across biotech, metaverse, and sustainable tech domains
- Present futures research to executive stakeholders via immersive data storytelling
- Co-create innovation roadmaps with engineering and design teams
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Manage a portfolio of future-focused pilot projects with $5M+ budget
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovation (3+ product launches)
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (PESTLE, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep technical literacy in AI, quantum, and biotech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or unicorn environments
