Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Lead ideation workshops to generate disruptive product/service concepts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders via compelling visual narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against targets
- Monitor global regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-first initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
