Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for client innovation roadmaps in AI governance, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on long-term technology implications
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Monitor global policy developments affecting emerging tech ecosystems
- Build and maintain an expert network across academia, startups, and government
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in corporate foresight or tech strategy consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented from trend insights
