Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data from quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks incorporating climate resilience and ethical AI governance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author annual Future Impact Reports for board and investor communications
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and technology pioneers
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, HBR, or similar)
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
