Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate sustainability and growth objectives
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-proofing strategies
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product development pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research in futurism or innovation thought leadership
