Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ trend forecasts using AI-driven horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using futures thinking methodologies
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive market shifts
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for 2026 technology incubation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in translating trends into commercialized products
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, bio, nano)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
