Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop innovation frameworks that align emerging trends with corporate strategy and revenue goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into strategic priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-ready initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy with 2026+ focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation roadmaps implemented in Fortune 500 settings
