- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate and validate future-state scenarios
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into strategic planning processes
- Author thought leadership reports and present findings to stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data storytelling expertise
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams in tech or consulting environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Engineering, or related field
