Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to translate future visions into product development pipelines
- Design organizational resilience strategies for technological singularity readiness
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite and investor forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global R&D teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
