Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and sustainable innovation frameworks
