Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market transformations
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce executive foresight briefings and strategic foresight reports
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
