Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, societal, and economic shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation pathways
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Author forward-looking white papers and market disruption frameworks
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for future-readiness assessment
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends: AGI, quantum computing, climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, APF)
