Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology foresight framework focused on 2026 market shifts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Produce quarterly future-readiness reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and academic partnerships
- Drive scenario planning for disruptive market forces and black swan events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience building innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- MBA or Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
