Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive future trajectories
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
