Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-level executives and R&D teams
- Produce trend reports and white papers on disruptive forces in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Architect innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and evaluate frontier technologies
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate resilience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
