Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and innovation pipelines
- Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging tech assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or IIF)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies or global institutions on transformation
