Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that translate foresight into actionable business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Design and manage horizon-scanning initiatives across global markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision projects
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
