Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global trends across technology, economics, and society to inform strategic roadmaps through 2026
- Develop innovation frameworks that translate future scenarios into actionable business opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on emerging technologies and market shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture frontier insights

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives or products
