Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Develop innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and energy sectors
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership reports on quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development strategies
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, foresight, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of influencing C-level decision-making with future scenarios
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, climate tech, biotech ethics, or quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives brought to market
