Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and forecast their societal impact through 2030
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise adoption of emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for sustainable futures
- Present foresight findings at Davos-level summits and industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals and media outlets
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting tech disruptions (showcase 3+ accurate forecasts)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional data visualization skills with advanced proficiency in Tableau/PowerBI
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic innovation
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating future-ready frameworks implemented by major organizations
