Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of implementing future strategies in Fortune 500 environments
