Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to co-create future scenarios
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps and business development initiatives
- Establish key performance indicators for innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
