Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and biotech workflows
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Professional certification in Foresight (CFP) preferred
