Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and mentorship
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams across global markets
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives
