- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI in emerging sectors
- Analyze global tech trends to position Horizon as industry thought leader
- Design scenario-planning models for regulatory and ethical technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate strategy or tech innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, sustainable tech, or digital transformation
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
