Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem through partnerships and R&D collaborations
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and strategic impact
- Drive digital transformation projects across global teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data analytics and market research capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
