Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI, quantum computing, and IoT innovations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of strategic initiatives
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Drive digital transformation across 12+ global business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML implementations to enterprise level
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in TOGAF and/or PMI-SP
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
