Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute prototype development and pilot programs
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through stakeholder presentations and business cases
- Monitor emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes, providing quarterly strategic briefings
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning tech solutions with UN SDG targets
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture and ethical AI deployment
- Collaborate with global R&D partners on next-gen human-machine interface projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, CHIPS Act)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Quantum) or AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and system architecture
