- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for emerging technology exploration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in emerging technology or sustainability (preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (strongly preferred)
- Experience with cross-continental remote team leadership
