Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation task force
- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
