As the 2026 Vision Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify emerging trends, develop long-term strategic frameworks, and launch market-defining initiatives. You'll leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to decode complex signals from the future and translate them into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation products and services targeting 2026+ markets
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Conduct scenario planning and risk modeling for emerging technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects exploring quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., Singularity University, World Future Society)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets
