Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, product, and market teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through continuous research and partnerships
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching or scaling disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical fields: quantum systems, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future studies
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and data visualization platforms
