Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions in emerging domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and Board members
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal technology showcases
- Manage technology incubation programs for high-potential emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, AGI, bio-digital interfaces, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, business, and design disciplines
