Responsibilities

- Identify and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business growth
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
