- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory frameworks shaping future tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to pilot deployment
- Build and lead a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
