Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $10M+ annual R&D funding
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar journals
