Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for emerging technologies
- Ensure all initiatives comply with ESG and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful tech ventures or products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive experience

- Portfolio demonstrating technology impact assessment work
