- Analyze emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and macroeconomic shifts to identify growth opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies for future market uncertainties
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with industry leaders, startups, and academic institutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to track strategic progress and adapt to changing conditions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic initiatives
