Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FL, GA, SC)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records securely
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or major payroll systems
- FL payroll certification or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and FL DOR requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
