Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and financial audits.
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and within deadlines.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
