Responsibilities

  • Manage Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Handle full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for review by management.

Qualifications
