- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and manage tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis for leadership
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems for seamless operations
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Support budgeting processes and forecast reporting initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Xero)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, payroll processing, and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Professional certification (CPA, CB) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
