Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions to meet client needs
- Uphold stringent security protocols for cash handling, fraud prevention, and compliance regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized cash drawers and daily transaction records with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless customer experiences during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking technologies and industry standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance or business preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, cash handling, or retail banking
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
