Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build trust by proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service excellence goals
- Support branch operations through new account assistance and lobby management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
